Medical Aesthetics
Facial filler treatment planned around your anatomy, movement, proportions, and goals for natural-looking volume and contour.
A NOTE FROM ELIZABETH
I do not want filler to announce itself before you do. My goal is not to make every face follow the same proportions. I want to understand what you see, explain what filler can and cannot change, and use the least product needed to create a result that still looks like you.

CANDIDACY & SAFETY
Filler may be appropriate for adults seeking restoration or refinement with realistic expectations. Active infection, pregnancy, certain allergies or immune conditions, significant dental work near the treatment date, prior complications, and some medications can change timing or candidacy.
Filler has uncommon but serious vascular risks. Anatomy-based technique, conservative dosing, appropriate product selection, and prompt evaluation of warning signs are essential.
Cosmetic facial fillers can restore volume, improve facial contours, and soften selected folds or lines. Every plan is based on anatomy, facial balance, tissue quality, movement, and individual goals.
Available options include the JUVÉDERM® family of fillers and the RHA® Collection by Revance. Your consultation will determine the most appropriate product, treatment areas, amount, and sequence for a balanced result.
Our Mukilteo practice serves patients from Everett, Lynnwood, throughout Snohomish County, and Whidbey Island.
A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOUR BIOLOGY
I begin by looking at facial structure, movement, volume distribution, skin quality, and how the features relate to one another. We talk specifically about what bothers you, what already feels like you, and whether filler is actually the most appropriate tool.
The plan may focus on restoring age-related volume, supporting a feature, softening a shadow, or improving proportion. Conservative treatment can be staged over time so the result remains believable and balanced.
TREATMENT OPTIONS
Different hyaluronic-acid fillers vary in flexibility, lift, cohesivity, and integration. Product selection depends on the treatment area, depth, movement, tissue support, and desired finish. Available options may include JUVÉDERM® and the RHA® Collection when clinically appropriate.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR TREATMENT
Hyaluronic-acid filler is placed at a planned depth to add support, replace volume, refine contour, or soften a fold. The result depends as much on anatomy, plane, and injection technique as it does on the product itself.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We review medical history, prior filler, facial anatomy, movement, proportions, and the specific change you are hoping to make.
Product, amount, depth, and technique are selected for the tissue and goal. Comfort, vascular anatomy, and conservative placement guide the procedure.
Swelling and bruising are monitored as the filler settles. Follow-up is arranged when needed to assess integration and decide whether the plan is complete.
TREATMENT GOALS & MONITORING
The goal is improved proportion and support without unnecessary fullness. We define a realistic endpoint before treatment and may divide the plan into more than one visit when a gradual approach is safer or more natural.
Early swelling is allowed to settle before the final result is assessed. We compare symmetry, movement, contour, tissue response, and your own experience of the change. Additional treatment is considered only after the initial result can be evaluated clearly.
AFTERCARE & RECOVERY
Mild swelling, tenderness, firmness, or bruising can occur. Use a wrapped cool compress as directed, avoid pressing or massaging the treated area unless specifically instructed, and limit strenuous exercise, significant heat exposure, and alcohol for the period reviewed at your visit. Allow swelling to settle before judging the final result.
Contact the clinic promptly for worsening or unusual pain, blanching, gray or mottled discoloration, cool skin, increasing asymmetry, or symptoms that concern you. Sudden vision changes, severe headache, weakness, facial drooping, difficulty speaking, or other neurologic symptoms require immediate emergency evaluation.
